Council Minutes
Just so you know... minutes for only the most recent four months are available online. If you require copies of minutes of an earlier meeting, you may obtain them from the Municipal Office.
Minutes are posted after they are approved by Council so there is a one month delay in the regular meeting minutes being posted since they -- and the minutes of any special meetings held between regular meetings -- are never approved until the next regular meeting. For example, September regular meeting minutes and minutes from any special meetings between the September and October regular meeting are approved at the October regular meeting so they are posted in October.
